roll: recipes_version.txt roll_commenter: Add thresholds Increase the number of builds retrieved from the default of 10 to 30. Also, add a maximum age of builds of 10 days. This means if a roller breaks, the roll commenter will wait until there are 30 consecutive failures or no passes over 10 days before marking the roller as "broken".
