Update mbedtls to v3.6.2
Debug mode position needed to be changed because the certificate
generated by mbedtls was slightly different. Also, the test values
needed to be updated. Removed #include check_config.h that mbedtls
said not to directly include. Lastly, allowed deprecated mbedtls
functions because a used function was deprecated.
