roll: third_party/pigweed pw_async2: Destroy ValueFuture values outside the provider lock

ValueFuture::Cancel() (and so its destructor) and move assignment
destroyed a held, unread value while holding the global, non-recursive
ValueProviderLock. A value whose destructor uses a value provider then
self-deadlocks. For example, dropping an unread
ValueFuture<Result<ReliableDatagramSocket>> that holds the last
reference to a socket runs the socket's destructor, which can query its
own providers.

Move the value out under the lock and destroy it after releasing it.

Original-Reviewed-on: https://pigweed-review.googlesource.com/c/pigweed/pigweed/+/502626
Original-Revision: 13fe299b23f44db3ab688896b4ab6119b91da7ab

Rolled-Repo: https://pigweed.googlesource.com/pigweed/pigweed
Rolled-Commits: b638de3c106c64..13fe299b23f44d
Roll-Count: 1
Roller-URL: https://cr-buildbucket.appspot.com/build/8667797559526320193
GitWatcher: ignore
CQ-Do-Not-Cancel-Tryjobs: true
Change-Id: Id07a55c58c344711abc88658af868acddf0817da
Reviewed-on: https://pigweed-review.googlesource.com/c/pigweed/examples/+/504666
",
