roll: third_party/pigweed pw_bluetooth_sapphire: Support new bredr.Profile/Search argument

Bump the Fuchsia SDK version to pick up new SDK changes.

Add support for the `full_uuid` field in a search request. Only one of
`service_uuid` or `full_uuid` can be specified.
