pw_rpc: Support asynchronous unary RPCs

- Implement asynchronous unary RPCs for the server. Define
  ServerResponder classes as the ServerWriter equivalent for unary RPCs.
- Use the responder classes instead of custom logic for synchronous
  unary RPCs.
- Expand tests to cover asynchronous unary RPCs.
