pw_build: CMake library name check improvements - Do not check names for libraries not under PW_ROOT. - Enforce checks from the beginning of the string. Previously, names with extra prefixes would pass the check. - Support remapping prefixes in checks to support third_party names starting with pw_third_party. Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
