roll: pigweed pw_tokenizer: Ignore whitespace in domain values

With large domain names, formatting can introduce whitespace
into the domain value of nested tokens. This causes a mismatch
within the database search.
- Support standardizing domain names to ignore whitespace
upon creation of tokens as well as when detokenizing nested
token values.
