roll: pigweed pw_system: Always add log_pb2 to device_connection.py compiled_protos
This CL adds log_pb2 to the list of compiled_protos, even if rpc_logging
is set to False. This prevents spurious messages like:
```
Unrecognized service ID 265106475
```
This might happen if the device triesa to send a log message, but the
client set rpc_logging=False because they want to ignore log messages.
