roll: pigweed, pw_toolchain: pw_unit_test: Fix multi-line test macros - Some test macros were using multiple lines when they should be single line, which could cause unexpected behavior. - Add tests. - Rename IgnoreLogs to FailureMessageAdapter, which is more descriptive.
