roll: pigweed, pw_toolchain: pw_rpc: Remove deprecated / obsolete features - Remove the cancel_duplicate_calls and override_pending options, which have been obsolete since call IDs were introduced. - Remove ignore_errors, which has been obsolete since call opening was fixed. - Remove support for passing additional arguments to the ClientImpl since the only implementation doesn't use it.
