device: Bring up ambient light sensor on LTR-559
- Support enabling the ambient light sensor and reading samples.
- Convert samples from ADC values to lux, based on a formula provided by
the manufacturer.
- Implement generic AmbientLightSensor interface and
FakeAmbientLightSensor.
- Add an AmbientLightSensor to sense::system.
