roll: pigweed, pw_toolchain: pw_bluetooth_sapphire: Copy InspectTesting library Copy InspectTesting library from Fuchsia. This cannot be added to the SDK because it depends on GoogleTest, and the Fuchsia Diagnostics team recommended making a copy.
