roll: pigweed pw_result: Add missing CTAD guide to pw::unexpected

The standard requires the following deduction guide:

```
template<class E> unexpected(E) -> unexpected<E>;
```

This change adds this line and removes the explicit template arguments
in the tests to ensure it is tested.
