processor: TrackEvents: fix passthrough utid, tid/pid names

Replaces a wrongly used variable during passthrough utid calculation,
updates tests. Also makes it so that empty thread/process names in
Thread/ProcessDescriptors are ignored.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing
