ui: Fix open trace via File with extensions

Some extensions use postMessage and we were picking
up their events.

Test: push staging; visit Pitot open-in-ui link with &ui=staging added

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
