perfetto-ui: Stop accidental area selections

Only trigger a drag gesture once the mouse has been moved more
than 1px to prevent accidental area selections.
Also prevent the click event from triggering at the end of
an area selection.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
