Thread time_in_state metric

Introduce a metric for thread time in state: runtime_ms by core type
(e.g. "little"/"big") by thread or by process.

The runtime_ms is computed from the number of ticks attributed to thread
during trace.

Also fix typo and extend the example trace.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
