client lib: Don't depend on default_deps from include/perfetto/tracing

The public_dep defines PERFETTO_IMPLEMENTATION publicly, even though it
shouldn't be. Also doesn't seem like we really need to depend on
default_deps from the include target, but only from the corresponding
src one.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
