Move the default_socket.h into ext so that Chrome can pull it in to connect to the system service. Currently we can do this by directly pulling in the src header but since Chrome relies on it, we should move it into the proper place. Change-Id: I4158297ad75a8943ccbd2ea773f755b3195ed36d
