Revert "Add panel_write_generic ftrace event"

This reverts commit 2048fc6591f3b2d4c2c638cb53524cee2b9d75e4.

Reason for revert: DroidMonitor: Potential culprit for Bug b/333630388 - verifying through ABTD before revert submission. This is part of the standard investigation process, and does not mean your CL will be reverted.

Perfetto - System profiling, app tracing and trace analysis

Perfetto is a production-grade open-source stack for performance instrumentation and trace analysis. It offers services and libraries and for recording system-level and app-level traces, native + java heap profiling, a library for analyzing traces using SQL and a web-based UI to visualize and explore multi-GB traces.
