earlgrey: Adjust test categorization
1. Reduce the number of tests that run as part of
`earlgrey_verilator_tests`. The selected tests excercise the
functionality of the ipc and threads tests, so those tests are
redundant.
- Remove the `nightly_test` tag from the tests that we want to
run as part of `earlgrey_verilator_tests`.
- Add `-nightly_test` to the workflow.

You can run tasks using the Pigweed workflow launcher pw or bazel.

No additional tools are required - all dependencies are managed by bazel.
