  "message": "chore: bump aspect-cli to v2026.22.15 (#2860)\n\nBump aspect-cli to v2026.22.15 and adopt the new `format.alias`\nbuildifier style.\n\nv2026.22.15 introduced support for using\n`@buildifier_prebuilt//buildifier` directly as a `format.alias` target\nin `.aspect/config.axl` with explicit `include_patterns`, replacing the\nold `format_multirun(name \u003d \"buildifier\")` wrapper in\n`tools/format/BUILD.bazel`. The CLI pin is also updated to v2026.22.13.\n\nThe `include_patterns` list covers all Starlark file types (`BUILD`,\n`MODULE.bazel`, `*.bzl`, `*.axl`, `*.star`, etc.) so `aspect buildifier`\nformats them all without extra flags.\n\n---\n\n### Changes are visible to end-users: no\n\n### Test plan\n\n- Covered by existing CI workflows\n- `aspect buildifier` continues to work; now resolves via\n`@buildifier_prebuilt//buildifier` directly\n\n---------\n\nCo-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 4.6 \u003cnoreply@anthropic.com\u003e",
