  "message": "docs: correct broken anchor links in docstrings for Bazel registry docs (#2913)\n\n## Summary\nThe Bazel registry (registry.bazel.build) renders function/macro\ndefinition anchors with a `function-` prefix (e.g.\n`id\u003d\"function-js_binary\"`), but the docstring links used bare names\n(e.g. `#js_binary`), causing the links to not navigate to the correct\nsection.\n\n- `#js_binary` -\u003e `#function-js_binary` in `js_binary` macro docstring\n- `#js_test` -\u003e `#function-js_test` in `js_test` macro docstring\n- `#stamped_package_json` -\u003e `#function-stamped_package_json` in\n`npm_package` docstring\n\n### Test plan\nManual testing:\n1. Visit https://registry.bazel.build/docs/aspect_rules_js\n2. Find the `js_binary` macro — click the link to \"js_binary\" in its\nkwargs description — currently doesn\u0027t navigate\n3.
