  "message": "Use the target\u0027s compilation bootclasspath when desugaring in mobile-install.\n\nThe mobile-install aspect previously always desugared against the hardcoded\nandroid.jar from its `_android_sdk` attr. This change moves the bootclasspath\nlogic from dex_desugar_aspect.bzl into rules/desugar.bzl as\n`desugar.get_boot_classpath`, and both aspects now use it:\n\n  1. Use `JavaInfo.compilation_info.boot_classpath` if the target has one.\n  2.
