  "message": "fix: use platform_info.target_settings in toolchain aliases (#3001)\n\nDuring the refactor we forgot one more place where the `flag_values` on\nthe platform information was used. They were no longer populated and\nbroke.\n\nThe solution is to use `selects.config_setting_group` to maintain\nbehaviour and in order to smoke test I have added a target to verify\nthat the aliases work.\n\nRelated to #2875\nFixes #2993\n\nCo-authored-by: Richard Levasseur \u003crichardlev@gmail.com\u003e",
