  "message": "fix(windows): symlink bootstrap script when not building zip (#2015)\n\nThis fixes #1840 by supporting again `--build_python_zip\u003dfalse` on\nWindows.\n\nWhen the zip file isn\u0027t build, the transition executable looks for the\neponymous bootstrap script but the latter doesn\u0027t exist. I\u0027ve just added\na symlink, and refactored a bit because logic would have been\nduplicated.\n\nIt seems you don\u0027t run CICD on Windows.
