  "message": "docs: fix pr doc builds by removing external_version_warning plugin (#3244)\n\nDoc builds for PR were failing because the\nreadthedocs_ext.external_version_warning\nplugin wasn\u0027t handling something correctly. Activating it manually was\noriginally\ndone to get the warning banners to appear, but it looks like RTD now\ndisplays a\nwarning banner without this special plugin being needed.\n\nSince it\u0027s now unnecessary, remove the code that can activate it.",
