  "message": "chore: remove find_requirements re-export from bazel_tools (#2484)\n\nThis removes re-exporting the `find_requirements` aspect from\n`@bazel_tools`.\n\nThe find_requirements aspect is only useful for analyzing the\n`srcs_version` relationship\nbetween targets, which was only needed as part of the Python 2 to 3\nupgrade. With Python\n2 no longer supported, it\u0027s defunct.\n\nRemoving it entirely because I can\u0027t find any real references to it in\nthe wild. It looks\nentirely unused.",
