  "message": "docs: Simplify pull request template (#1100)\n\nThe existing template is very verbose with many of the lines not being\r\napplicable to any given PR. This also makes the PR description poorly\r\nsuitable for a commit description.\r\n\r\nBy having a cleaner PR description that is commit message friendly,\r\nwhoever merges the PR can more easily create a meaningful commit\r\nmessage. It also allows other maintainer\u0027s to clean up the description\r\nprior to it being merged.",
