  "message": "Add file-based test framework and convert hmac_test.\n\nThis adds a file-based test framework to crypto/test. It knows how to\nparse formats similar to either upstream\u0027s evp_test and our aead_test.\n\nhmac_test has been converted to that with tests from upstream\u0027s\nevp_test.
