nrf: run FreeRTOS secure-only on Cortex-M33 BSPs (#4099)

The CM33 NTZ port started the first task with a Non-secure EXC_RETURN on the Secure-only nRF5340 app core and HardFaulted, so no FreeRTOS example enumerated on nrf5340dk. Also adds nrf5340dk to the ci.lan HIL rig.

Fixes #4071.
