nrf5x: drop an OUT packet flagged before clear-halt released it (#4211)

Clear data_received with the SIZE.EPOUT write in dcd_edpt_clear_stall(), before clearing the stall, so a bulk OUT packet nRF ACKed before the stall is not DMAed into the next transfer. Fixes the nRF part of #4107.
