boards: nrf52_bsim: Remove disabling of LOG_BACKEND_UART There seems like there is no good reason for having it disabled. For bsim boards CONFIG_SERIAL is disabled by default, there will anyways not be any logging on the UART. Signed-off-by: Rubin Gerritsen <rubin.gerritsen@nordicsemi.no>
