roll: third_party/pigweed pw_sensor: Allow missing 'org' in compatible descriptor When providing a sensor descriptor, most will leverage the org,part schema. This does not always seem to be the case. There are times where the org is missing when used in downstream Zephyr. We should allow for this case and only include the org when provided and not empty.
