roll: third_party/pigweed pw_bluetooth_sapphire: Validate SynchronousConnectionComplete event view In ScoConnectionManager::OnSynchronousConnectionComplete, construct the SynchronousConnectionCompleteEventView with unchecked_view() and verify params.Ok() before reading fields. In release builds, Emboss Read() does not enforce [requires: 0x0000 <= this <= 0x0EFF] on connection_handle because EMBOSS_CHECK maps to PW_DASSERT, and view() only asserts IsComplete(). Checking params.Ok() rejects both truncated events and out-of-range connection handles at ingest.
