[roll third_party/pigweed] pw_console: Multiple log panes per Python logger

Allow one log pane per logging instance via the separate_log_panes arg
to embed().

- Add window menu that allows showing or hiding log panes with
  checkboxes.
- Rotate windows menu function + keybindings for that.
- Add pane_title() and pane_subtitle(). For logs panes it's set to
  'Logs' and a list of python logger names being handled.
- Add check boxes to LogPaneBottomToolbarBar for wrapping and follow
  functions.

Pigweed Experimental

This repository contains experimental pigweed modules.

Repository setup

Clone this repo with --recursive to get all required submodules.

git clone --recursive https://pigweed.googlesource.com/pigweed/experimental

This will pull the Pigweed source repository into third_party/pigweed. If you already cloned but forgot to --recursive run git submodule update --init to pull all submodules.
