[roll third_party/pigweed] pw_system: Add init, RPC, & logging support

Initial version of system Init with RPC and RPC logging support.

Build:
ninja -C out stm32_freertos_demo

Flash:
openocd -f targets/stm32f429i_disc1/py/stm32f429i_disc1_utils/openocd_stm32f4xx.cfg -c 'program out/stm32f429i_disc1_stm32cube.size_optimized/obj/targets/stm32f429i_disc1_stm32cube/bin/demo.elf reset exit'

Start console:
pw-system-console -d /dev/ttyACM0 -b 115200 --proto-globs pw_rpc/echo.proto --serial-debug --token-databases out/stm32f429i_disc1_stm32cube.size_optimized/obj/targets/stm32f429i_disc1_stm32cube/bin/demo.elf

Pigweed Experimental

This repository contains experimental pigweed modules.

Repository setup

Clone this repo with --recursive to get all required submodules.

git clone --recursive https://pigweed.googlesource.com/pigweed/experimental

This will pull the Pigweed source repository into third_party/pigweed. If you already cloned but forgot to --recursive run git submodule update --init to pull all submodules.
