roll: third_party/pigweed pw_tokenizer: Load all domains from ELF files by default Previously, only the default domain was read. Now that databases have better domain support, load all tokens by default. The # syntax may still be used to specify which domains to load, but the default is now equivalent to #.* instead of #.
