[roll third_party/pigweed] stm32cube: Use rebased path Modifies third_party/stm32cube/BUILD.gn to use GN's rebase_path feature on dir_pw_third_party_stm32cube when invoking the stm32cube_builder_script. This converts the path into a filesystem directory path even if it is specified as a GN target. So, e.g., you can now: 1) List "stm32cube_f4" in the pw_packages section of your env json. 2) List this in your .gn file: "dir_pw_third_party_stm32cube_f4 = "//.environment/packages/stm32cube_f4" And now you have an easier to repro working build environment.
