[roll third_party/pigweed] pw_log: Remove optional from protos

In proto3 all fields are optional by default, with the presence or not
being conveyed by the field having its default, zero, or empty value.

The 'optional' keyword is only required when presence with a default
value is meaningfully different from not present.

pw_graphics

The //pw_graphics folder contains some libraries for drawing to an RGB565 framebuffer and displaying it on various platforms.

The demo applications that make use of these libraries are:

Raspberry Pi Pico Connected to an ILI9341

Clone the pico-sdk repo:

cd $HOME
git clone https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-sdk

Compile:

gn gen out --export-compile-commands --args="
