pw_blob_store: Fix CMakeLists.txt pw_add_library() Change pw_add_library() call for pw_blob_store target to compile as STATIC instead of INTERFACE. This is more in line with the bazel build. Additionally, declare previously undeclared dependencies and sources. pw_blob_store module unable to be used in a CMake project otherwise.
