pw_async_basic: Fix build error when using pw_async:heap_dispatcher

GN/Ninja compiles heap_dispatcher.cc to
pw_async/{target_name}.heap_dispatcher.cc.o, even if the target is not
in pw_async. Thus, using the same target name in pw_async_basic
creates a naming conflict caught by Ninja. This is fixed by using a
different target name in pw_async_basic.

Pigweed

Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
