pw_thread: Incease the sleep duration in tests

We are seeing flaky tests probably because of system loading.
Adding another long arbitrary duration for the cases that do not
expect to block the execution, which gives more buffers to the
tests. Keep the short arbitrary duration for cases that need to wait.
The test time does not expect any differences after the change.

Pigweed

Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
