Revert "pw_unit_test: Cleanup test processes properly on timeout"

This reverts commit 963e9bd4d97ba227c4283090b58b8b706eceff5d.

Reason for revert: Breaks failing tests

Original change's description:
> pw_unit_test: Cleanup test processes properly on timeout

> When processes launched were killed due to timeout, their child
> processes were orphaned and left running. Add a trap to the test runner

Pigweed

Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
