pw_{hdlc,system}: Enforce use of CancellableReader
Stop accepting read callbacks in RpcClients and enforce the use of
CancellableReader objects, which provide a safe clean down process.
Rename the `Device` `read` argument to `reader` to reflect the expected
type.
