bazel: Update to Bazel 7.0.0 release version This is newer than the latest 7.0 pre-release, and contains fixes for some bugs. Eventually we'll move to the Bazel 8 pre-release, but probably only once it contains features we want to use. Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
