pw_bluetooth: Remove anonymous entry in LEPeerAddressTypeNoAnon The LEPeerAddressTypeNoAnon is meant for commands and events which don't include an anonymous value in the peer address type. Somehow, LEPeerAddressTypeNoAnon still included the anonymous value. This change removes that value.
