pw_log_android: Add module documentation This adds the missing documentation for pw_log_android. This also adds a table to the pw_build_android docs listing the facade backends selected by the `pw_android_common_backends` rule (one of which is pw_log_android). Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
