C++20 compatibility fixes - C++20's std::span is more strict about conversions from custom containers than Pigweed's span. Update some containers and iterators to comply. - C++20's std::span prevents construction from std::nullptr_t. Add a pointer cast to std::span(nullptr, size). - Add polyfill for std::contiguous_iterator_tag to pw_containers. - Add missing #include for pw_polyfill/language_feature_macros.h. Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
