third_party/emboss: Support latest version of Emboss in GN Support the latest version of Emboss in the GN wrapper by adding new files by default. The old sources list is still used by presubmit, which uses Python 3.8 (Emboss now requires 3.9). This will break the Fuchsia roller. This will be fixed by updating Emboss and Pigweed in 1 CL in Fuchia's integration repo.
